How do I check the status of my order?
Your order confirmation email should include a reference number. Please email Customer Service or call us on +44 (0)20 7261 1800, quoting your reference number, and we’ll gladly check the status of your order.
I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Email Customer Service or call us on +44 (0)20 7261 1800 and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Do you take international orders?

How do I return an item that I purchased on josephjoseph.com?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. Read more about our Returns & Exchanges policy.
