Our Commitment to you.
Joseph Joseph Inc. is committed to keeping your custom. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
Returning Unused Items by Mail.
- Please email us at customercare@josephjoseph.com
- State the item(s) that you are returning.
- State the reason for the return.
- Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit card originally used or an exchange.
- State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.
- Please make sure to package the return securely (in the original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
- Send the package to the returns address printed on the back of the package. If you cannot locate the address (click here).
