1. UK Mainland - Delivery time 3-5 days

For all UK Mainland deliveries there will be a delivery charge of £5.50. This will be a registered delivery that will requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them, a £10 re-delivery charge will be incurred

2. Zone 1 - Delivery time 7-10 days

Austria, Belguim, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

For Zone 1 countries we make a flat charge per order of £20. This will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery.

3. Zone 2 - Delivery time 7-10 days

Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway, USA

For Zone 2 countries we make a flat charge per order of £45. This will be a registered delivery that will require a signature upon delivery.

4. The rest of the World - Delivery time 15-20 days

A flat charge of £100.00 will be made for all deliveries to all other countries. For large orders where the freight cost exceeds the £100.00 charge Joseph Joseph will contact the customer to agree the increased freight charge before despatching the goods. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar Ltd (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Joseph Joseph Commitment.

We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 24 hours.

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.

Should you have a complaint of any nature, no matter how big or small, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of our customer service team as soon as possible on the details below. All communications will remain totally confidential and will be dealt with promptly (within 24 hours) and fairly. We will then endeavour to keep you completely informed with the progress.
