Joseph Joseph Ltd is committed to keeping
your custom. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition
within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price
to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery
charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error
on our part.

| Returning Unused Items by Mail. |
Returning items by mail:
- Please email us at info@josephjoseph.com
- State the item(s) that you are returning.
- State the reason for the return
- Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to
the credit card originally used, a cheque or an exchange.
- State the preferred delivery address for your exchange
or cheque refund.
- If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense
please include a receipt for this cost.
- Please make sure to package the return securely (in the
original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must
be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend
that you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the
delivery charge refunded please include a receipt for this
cost.
