Joseph Joseph Ltd is committed to keeping your custom. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.

Returning Unused Items by Mail.

Returning items by mail:

  1. Please email us at info@josephjoseph.com
  2. State the item(s) that you are returning.
  3. State the reason for the return
  4. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit card originally used, a cheque or an exchange.
  5. State the preferred delivery address for your exchange or cheque refund.
  6. If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.
  7. Please make sure to package the return securely (in the original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the delivery charge refunded please include a receipt for this cost.
  8. Send the package to the returns address printed on the back of the package. If you cannot locate the address (click here)
