Features & BenefitsIndex™ with knives includes four cutting boards featuring index-style tabs to indicate which food type they should be used for – raw meat, vegetables, fish and cooked food. All boards have non-slip feet and sloped edges to catch any stray food and juices. They also have knife-friendly cutting surfaces and the case has a non-slip base.
The set also includes four knives with stainless steel blades designed to suit each of the foods for each of the boards and is colour-coded to match the corresponding board. Colour-coded knives include: 7” Cook’s knife, 3½” Paring knife, 6½” All-purpose knife and 5” Fish knife.
Care & Use: Chopping boards: dishwasher safe. Knives: Hand wash only and dry immediately; Storage case: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Index™ chopping boards are especially kind to knives and will not blunt their blades. Like all plastic chopping boards they will mark slightly during use.
