Joseph Joseph Wins Queens Award
We’re excited announce that we’ve won a highly prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade this year!
The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise have been operating in various forms since 1966. Her Majesty The Queen makes the Awards on the advice of the Prime Minister, who is assisted by an Advisory Committee that includes representatives of Government, industry and commerce, and the trade unions. Each year they are announced on 21st April, The Queen’s birthday.
The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are awarded to businesses for outstanding achievement in International Trade, Innovation and Sustainable Development.
As we are a growing international brand being sold in over 100 countries worldwide, we’re proud to have won an International Trade accolade in this year’s Awards. Over the last 13 years Joseph Joseph has grown from a small UK-only business with a handful of products to a successful international brand with offices in France, the US and Japan with a head office in London and an extensive range of innovative solutions for the home.
Founded in 2003 by twin brothers Antony and Richard Joseph Joseph is now one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses, launching on average 70 new household products into 104 markets around the world each year. Our product range has grown to include innovative and functional ideas not only for preparing and storing food but also waste management, cleaning and organisation.
The Joseph Joseph team has received many industry accolades over the years including four Design Plus and eleven RedDot awards, as well as winning the Housewares Industry award for Innovation six years in a row. Everyone at Joseph Joseph HQ is dedicated to creating inventive products that people find exciting, joyful and above all, useful.
Richard Joseph, co-founder, said, “This award means a lot to Antony and myself and the business as a whole. It’s a true testament of how the hard work of our teams in the UK and abroad has paid off and shows how far we’ve come. The business growth just wouldn’t have been possible without having some of the best designers, sales teams, creatives and operations specialists in the industry on board.”
