Super Easy Mulled Wine

This super easy mulled wine recipe is perfect to rustle up for a festive drink over the Christmas period. Serve it with Mince Pies or simply enjoy it on its own.

Ingredients

2 Bottles of red wine

10 cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

4 Oranges

200g Caster sugar

Method

  1. Add the wine, sugar, cloves and cinnamon stick to the saucepan
  2. Using our Helix Citrus Juicer, squeeze the juice of 2 of the oranges into the mix, cut the other 2 into chunks and add these in too
  3. Gently heat the mix on a low heat for 10 minutes or until simmering, be careful not to boil the liquid as this will cook the alcohol off
  4. Serve & Enjoy!
