How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send a notification via email with tracking information.
Please be aware that this email may not arrive until the day before the delivery is due to take place, see this page for dispatch timings.
I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Contact Customer Service and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Once you’ve added your products to your basket, click the basket symbol at the top right of the website and choose Edit Basket.
Click Apply a Promotional Code on the left had side below the Order Summary and enter your discount code in the box.
Click Apply and the discount should be deducted from your total, you can then go onto the checkout to complete your order.
How do I return an item that I purchased on josephjoseph.com
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.

I have an idea for a design, how do I let you know about it?
We work with an in-house team and a limited number of external designers to develop design ideas. In order to protect the intellectual property rights of all parties we do not consider submissions of which have not been requested. Regretfully any designs sent will be deleted without consideration.
Can you help with my coursework/university project by answering some questions?
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to answer them all. We will do our best to respond to all requests, however due to limited resources and time constraints it is unlikely we’ll be able to provide specific details relating to production numbers, materials (which are not listed on the website) or inspiration for designs.
Can I apply for an internship with you?
Whilst internship is very important to us, unfortunately we don’t currently have the resources to support work placements/internships; however please keep monitoring our website for further updates.
