The new and healthier way to fry eggs
Froach Pods™ are a totally new and healthier way to cook eggs, combining the principles of both frying and poaching into one easy-to-use revolutionary design, that uses 95% less oil than with typical frying.
These innovative silicone eggs rings feature a small reservoir on top into which you add a few spoonfuls of water. As the water heats up during cooking, it turns to steam which flows across the top of the egg, cooking it to perfection. Meanwhile, the base of the egg cooks as normal on the hot pan but won’t stick due to the presence of moisture from the steam.
Made from silicone, the pods are heat-resistant up to 270°C/520°F and can be placed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Set of 2 pods with full instructions included and only suitable for use with non-stick pans.
How It Works
1. Oil the inner edge (as shown), do not oil the edge that touches the pan or the pan itself.
2. Place in a preheated, non-stick pan and crack egg in hole.
3. Gradually add water to reservoir 1tbsp at a time*.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
*Please note, as not all pans are perfectly flat, some water may leak from the base during cooking. Simply top up the water reservoir as necessary. We therefore recommend cooking other foods separately.
