If you need to return an item(s), you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order back to us for a refund. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original product packaging.
Please kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return:
1. Click the ‘START RETURN’ button below to be taken to our returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address into the required fields – Your order number must be the number taken from your order confirmation email, which can be found in both the subject line and body of the email, e.g. 438146. Your email address must also match the email address used to place your order.
3. Select your item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why. For cases of damaged or faulty items, you will be asked to submit a photo.
4. Select 'EVRI QR' as your delivery preference. No printer is required for this option.
5. Once confirmed, your unique QR code/label will be generated on screen and will also be emailed to you.
6. Next, simply locate your nearest drop-off point, hand over your parcel and present your QR code.

8. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt at the warehouse and you will receive a refund email confirming once this has been done.
Returning your order is free of charge. Simply follow the steps outlined above to receive your refund.
