Extended Christmas Returns
Returns will be accepted until the 31st January 2026 for all orders placed between the 3rd November - 24th December 2025.

Returns procedure

If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return the item(s) back to us for a refund. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original product packaging.

Please kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return:


1. Click the ‘START RETURN’ button below to be taken to our returns portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address into the required fields – Your order number must be the number taken from your order confirmation email, which can be found in both the subject line and body of the email, e.g. 438146. Your email address must also match the email address used to place your order.

3. Select your item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why. For cases of damaged or faulty items, you will be asked to submit a photo.

4. Choose the free returns method.

5. Once confirmed, your unique QR code will be generated on the screen and will also be emailed to you. Simply locate your nearest drop-off point and present your QR code at your selected parcel shop.

6. Please keep a copy of the proof of return.

7. Your refund will be processed on receipt at the warehouse, and you will receive a refund email confirming once this has been done.

 

How much does it cost to return my order?

Returning your order is free of charge. Simply follow the steps outlined above to receive your refund.

 

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days to return your order for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days from the date your parcel is delivered back to our warehouse.
