Twist™ whisk features silicone-coated steel wires which are suitable for non-stick cookware and are perfect for scraping and combining ingredients together, preventing them from burning on the bottom of a pan.
With a simple turn of the handle tip, Twist™ changes from a flat whisk to a highly effective balloon whisk, allowing egg whites to be whipped into peaks of perfection.
All the parts can be easily separated for cleaning and, after use, Twist™ can be closed flat for convenient storage in a drawer.
To reassemble after cleaning simply align the dots at the top of the handle and push the green end in to line up with the dot on the white handle before twisting.
The silicone wires are heat-resistant up to 270°C/520°F.
