Returns

If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return the item(s) back to us for a refund. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original product packaging.

Please kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return:


1. Click the ‘START RETURN’ button below to be taken to our returns portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address into the required fields – Your order number must be the number taken from your order confirmation email, which can be found in both the subject line and body of the email, e.g. 438146. Your email address must also match the email address used to place your order.

3. Select your item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why. For cases of damaged or faulty items, you will be asked to submit a photo.

4. Choose the free returns method.

5. Once confirmed, your unique QR code will be generated on the screen and will also be emailed to you. Simply locate your nearest drop-off point and present your QR code at your selected parcel shop.

6. Please keep a copy of the proof of return.

7. Your refund will be processed on receipt at the warehouse, and you will receive a refund email confirming once this has been done.

Returns exclusions

Please note that the items listed below are too large for self-service return, so our team will need to arrange a collection instead. The returns portal will notify you when a collection needs to be raised manually. If that is the case, just email us at info@josephjoseph.com with your order number and a member of our Consumer Care Team will be happy to take care of it for you.
