This stylish, stainless-steel wrapped food waste bin is something that you won't want to hide. Featuring a wide mouth, it comes with a removable inner bucket to make emptying a breeze. Also equipped with an effective ventilated odour filter to keep nasty smells at bay, while there’s room beneath the inner bucket to store a pack of Joseph Joseph IW2 custom-fit, compostable bin liners (available separately).

Specifications
Care & use:
- Main body and lid: wipe clean with a soft cloth soaked in warm water and mild detergent. Dry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners.
- Bucket: clean with hot, soapy water. To help remove unpleasant odours, a solution of baking powder and water may also be used. Wipe dry before replacing in unit.
- Odour filter: For best performance, we recommend replacing every three months.

"The filter was constantly falling off and we’ve now discovered that it’s missing so it must have fallen into our last bag of food. The design isn’t good as it fell off pretty much every time we opened the lid! Is it possible to purchase a replacement as it’s useless without it as insects can get in now?"

"The size and stainless steel exterior are nice, and the lid mostly stays up while I'm adding things to it. However, nearly every time I close the lid, the filter and filter lid fall into my compost. I've had to add one more thing to my very busy brain to have to check before emptying the compost, and for that, I can't give it more than three stars."

Design flaw.
"Looks great but the filter falls out and into the waste. When you manage to get some help from customer service they just say they can’t help, they don’t sell the filter holder separately but will note the issue. Kind of a big design flaw over a small plastic piece which is part of main point of this caddy. Also the bags are near impossible to fit without breaking."

"I loved this food caddie when I purchased it, after less than four months it’s obsolete. The filter cover and filter never fitted snuggly, and would fall into the caddy. Last week this happened and I didn’t notice and the bag got put out for recycling. I was prepared to buy a replacement filter cover, but part is unavailable a lot of money for 4months use."
