"Read on their website it fits most ironing boards, tried two and fits neither!! Contact JJ they confirmed with my ironing board it won’t. So I asked for a list of compatible brands and model, they apparently couldn’t provided me with this. I was however told, ‘for reference, Joseph Joseph ironing boards are designed to be fully compatible with the IronHub‘. I am now stuck with the storage box that I cannot use with my boards!!"

"My purchase of an ironing board should have included a hanging hook. I emailed it was not received. I was advised to send in photos of the packaging the reference number under the ironing board. All was done nothing was resolved. emailing to a robot is frustrating. You had my order number and payment wasn't tha t adequate proof of my purchase? I finally gave up tring to get a hanging hook and resolved that would be the last time I would shop with Joseph and Joseph -it is just too difficult if there is a problem with the order"
