Disappointing, poor performance

"I was expecting more from Joseph Joseph. Quality of plastic is good but the purpose no. Garlic stays in, loads goes to waste- even the scooper doesn’t work properly. I’m not sure if it’s faulty or something wrong with it. I had few other items from this brand and was quite happy in the past- not anymore. I wanted to replace the one I had for Many years from supermarket for few pounds but I won’t- I will purchase another brand now."
