"Nice quality spoon good weight and well balanced bought to replace one that got melted accidentally. Would be nice if you could buy a replacement to match exactly the set you originally bought but it is similar and fills the empty space on the stand. "My partner purchased this item from David Jones in early 2026 for $35 and, unfortunately, did not retain the receipt. After only a few weeks of use, the silicone at the bottom of the spoon detached, exposing the metal underneath. I returned to David Jones, but they declined to replace the item without a receipt. I then contacted Joseph Joseph directly and received the same response—they also refused to replace the product without proof of purchase. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The product quality is poor, and the lack of flexibility from both the retailer and the manufacturer has resulted in an equally poor customer experience. We have purchased many Joseph Joseph products in the past, but based on this experience, we will not be considering their products in the future."

"This is one of the best utensils that I have ever purchased. Excellent for eggs, omelettes just about anything you need to turn. It also has a great foot underneath which means it stays where you put it without making a mess. Winner!!!"
