Rubbish. Don’t buy.

"Faulty design. One of two plastic tabs broke on the lid after about a year (probably a dozen open/closes) so now the lid won’t close, rendering it unusable. No spare parts on offer and warranty requires proof of purchase (who keeps a receipt for a salt and pepper mill?!). Rubbish design, rubbish customer service."

Broken, Again.

"This will be the third time I’m replacing the set (because the salt mill consistently breaks-it’s the metal pieces that are corroding) which means I’m constantly with pepper mills. When will the design team acknowledge the corrosive nature of salt and say, make the metal pieces with stainless steel? I’ve read a slew of reviews on this issue from others."
