How do gift cards work?

Our gift cards are digital and come by email with a unique code. Enter the code at checkout and the value comes off your order.
What values are available?

Gift cards are available in £10, £25, £50 and £100.
Can I send a gift card straight to someone else?

Yes. On the gift card product page, add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message. You can send it right away or pick a date, which is handy for birthdays. We'll send you a confirmation too.
When will the gift card arrive?

Gift cards are sent by email within a few minutes of purchase, or on the date you chose. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@josephjoseph.com.
Do you sell physical gift cards?

No, our gift cards are digital only. You can print the email if you'd like to hand it over in person.
How do I use my gift card?

Add your items to the basket and go to checkout. Enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and select Apply.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes, you can apply several gift cards to one order.
What if my order costs more than my gift card balance?

You can pay the rest with any of our usual payment methods.
What if I don't spend the full amount?

Whatever you don't spend stays on the card until it expires. Just use the same code next time.
How do I check my balance?

Open the link in your gift card email to see your current balance. You'll also see it at checkout once you apply the code.
Do gift cards expire?

Yes. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry period is displayed in your gift card email. Any balance left after that date can't be used.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?

Yes, you can use a gift card and a discount code on the same order.
Can I use my gift card to buy another gift card?

No, gift cards can't be used to buy other gift cards.
Can I use my gift card in another country?

No. Gift cards can only be used on the Joseph Joseph website they were bought from. For example, a gift card bought on our UK site can't be used on our EU, US or Australian sites.
Can I use my gift card in shops or with your retail partners?

No, our gift cards can only be used on the Joseph Joseph website they were bought from.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?

If you purchase a gift card online, you may cancel within 14 days after the date of purchase and receive a refund, provided the gift card has not been used in whole or in part. Contact info@josephjoseph.com before using the gift card. Once a gift card has been used in whole or in part, cancellation rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.
What happens if I return something I paid for with a gift card?

The refund goes back onto your gift card. If you paid using both a gift card and another payment method, the refund will generally be returned to those payment methods in the same proportions as they were used. Where that is not technically possible, we may use a different allocation that does not affect your statutory rights. If the original gift card has expired, we will issue a replacement gift card for the refund amount, valid for 24 months from issue.
I've lost my gift card code. What can I do?

Contact our Customer Service team at info@josephjoseph.com with your order number or the purchaser's email address, and we'll resend it.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please email info@josephjoseph.com with your order number or the email address the gift card was sent to. If there's still a
balance on the card, we can cancel it and issue a replacement for the remaining amount. We can't replace any balance that has already been spent.
My gift card code isn't working. What should I do?
