Inconsistent quality - salt good pepper bad

"I bought a pair of mills (saltaand pepper). The salt mill is perfect but there is a ridge in the pepper mill where the top and bottom parts join as it is badly aligned. Just really annoying as you notice the issue every time you use it."

"The salt and pepper both collect around the rim and then falls out in big blobs randomly. Finish on the timber was rough and not smooth as expected."
