How can I review something you won’t send me??
"I’m frankly unimpressed that I have been asked for a review of this product. I ordered it on 29th November as a Christmas present along with two other items. Received an email on 3rd December to say it was ready for dispatch, have followed up THREE TIMES (once via email and twice through the online form) with my order number each time and screenshots to show the delivery company does not think it has been delivered and I have not once heard back from Joseph Joseph. I am disappointed and anxious about the non arrival of Christmas presents (writing this on 18th December). Seems audacious and poorly organised to then send an email asking for a review!! Please contact me and tell me what’s going on with my order."
