"I purchase this set for the meat. Plastic is dishwasher safe and being so thin does not take a lot of space. They clip together firmly so don’t need to worry about falling apart when storing and if having hook the boards can be hanged as they are very light. Surface doesn’t get scratched from cuts as easily as most of plastic boards. Quality is really good quite firm. Can be carried with one hand and food won’t fall off"
