Poor product, poor quality, poor service
"Do not buy. No spare parts for all items, was happy to pay for spare parts for $400 laundry basket due to wear from our use and advised wasn’t warranty so couldn’t replace and no availability to buy plastic rims. Wouldn’t even offer a discount in purchase of new item. Currently have $400 washing basket that cannot be used. Does not align at all with Joseph and Joseph’s website stating all possible interactions and productions are to reduce environmental impact and ensuring all impacts don’t impact the environment negatively. The rim is a separate part to be attached with the laundry bag which is available for re-purchase. The rim could be supplied as a spare part and is a very easy part to be broken or damage accidentally. To spend $400 and not be able to buy spare parts for a singular item that comes separate is taking advantage of customers. Listing on Website when purchasing laundry basket does not list or warn that parts aren’t available. Customer service was beyond disappointing and unhelpful. No care factor or effort to assist, possibly AI responses. A premium is paid for Joseph Joseph products, quality product, spare parts as promised online and excellent customer service is expected. Will ensure all I use to recommend of every Joseph Joseph product are made aware of poor quality, disappointing customer service and overpriced product not worth the cost."
