- Not dishwasher safe
- Knives - hand wash only and dry immediately
- Block and sharpener - wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Sharpener not suitable for ceramic or serrated blades
- After sharpening, wash and dry blades before cutting food
- Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly when using the sharpener
