Not happy! Doesn’t do a proper job.
"Brush is really hard, not very flexible and therefore doesn’t deal with getting rid of ‘skid marks’ - difficult to write politely about cleaning a loo. My husband hates them, luckily I haven’t thrown the others away yet. I will attempt to send back but due to the nature of the product, I suspect this may not be an option. Bad design, such a shame as the bin and loo roll holder I also bought are excellent."

Leaves difficult to remove metal streaks
"I purchased this brush as I liked the streamline and attractive look. The brush head is easy to clean and does the job of cleaning the toilet well HOWEVER the stainless steel rod leaves metal marks around my brand new Villeroy and Bosch white toilet!!! At first I wondered what these grey streaks were. I had to search on line how to remove them from the porcelain. I now have extra work to add to my cleaning . I really do not recommend this product yet I haven’t seen anyone one else commenting on this!"

Awful product
"Awful product. I have ordered two. The first was missing the base so I returned it. The second one was so badly packaged that it was broken when it arrived. How can you break a toilet brush! The internal sleeve connectors had been broken from the external sleeve. I emailed Joseph Joseph customer service and never received a reply so I just returned it."
