Each board features a knife-friendly, textured surface on both sides and is colour-coded to help prevent cross-contamination.
- This non-slip chopping board set with knife features colour-coded boards with icons indicating which food type they should be used for - raw meat, raw fish, vegetables or cooked food.
- Double-sided boards with knife-friendly, textured cutting surfaces and non-slip feet.
- Includes an Elevate™ 6½” chef's knife with integrated tool rest, ergonomic handle and protective storage sheath.
- Knife made from Japanese stainless-steel.
