Cover doesn’t fit
"I wish I had read these reviews before buying a replacement cover for the Pocket ironing board. The cover just does not fit! Whilst the concept and convenience of the Pocket ironing board is great, the cover that comes with the actual board is too thin therefore i get imprints from the board’s metal mesh on my clothes. I purchased the new cover because it’s thicker and would resolve the issue of the imprints but there’s no point as the cover doesn’t fit. Such a disappointment as Joseph Joseph products are generally great."

"After multiple emails and reviews, I still do not have a refund for the iron board cover which cost £25 but is too small for the folding board as described on the Joseph Joseph website. I also did not receive an order acknowledgement, so I do not have the order number to intiate a Return through the Returns Portal. Very strange service altogether."

"The cover doesn't fit - it's too small to extend and fit around the edge of the metal frame uness you wrestle with it for ages. They need to make the cover larger to properly fit around the frame comfortably."
Good idea, but doesn’t work!
"My first cover was pressing creases in my clothes. I complained immediately, but I took a month for Joseph Joseph to reply. A credit for a replacement cover was given. It has exactly the same problem as the first one. The idea of the folding ironing board is great, but the covers don’t work."
Much better than the grey one
"Bought this to replace the thinner grey one which showed the criss-cross pattern of the grey/yellow ironing board on the finished items.. This one works well although it’s not such a good fit and a bit wrinkled along the edge - hence the 4-star rating - but the finish on the garments is fine. The grey/yellow ironing board is great!"
