"Super slow delivery to a point I contacted customer services, received an auto response back saying I was 1000 and something in the queue and they would get back to me, still patiently waiting weeks later. Would I ever buy off this company again, sadly not! Which is a shame as I like their products. But my life is busy my time is precious I just want to order what I need and it to arrive in a timely manner, I don’t have the time to chase companies for what I had paid good money for."

"It didn't take but a day or two for the filter cover to fall off into the trash. I didn't notice it was gone until it was too late. (My son takes out the garbage. )"

"Unfortunately, this isn't working as well as I had hoped. The cover will not stay attached to the fittings. I have tried different adhesive ideas but the cover constantly falls off into the bin. So far, I've managed to salvage it from the bin but it's likely to go out with the rubbish at some point. Disappointing 😔"

"Please, folks, if you do not want to lose this cover, use some sellotape to secure it; otherwise, it may end up in the rubbish and be lost forever. This is a common thing to happen and is a design fault; we need a clip-on cover"
