"Even though I love the concept of this product the bag is cheap. Because they have a warranty on them, but you can’t get a replacement for free when the big rips after you wash it a few times which is why their cloth and why they’re Velcro to the plastic piece. So either the company needs to look at strengthening the reinforcements around the top part of the Velcro area and a thicker material of the actual bag because it tore just below the Velcro when I was taking it off the plastic piece. It has taken almost a year, waiting to get replaced for the torn one. Notified Customer Service finally back in stock but still didn’t give me free shipping or a percentage off which to me is not great Customer Service. . so now when I wanted to go and thinking about buying other products from the company, I’m debating because there’s a lacking customer service."

"Although I really like this hamper, it is unfortunate that the 45L bags are still not available. I can’t even make use of the hamper since I am not able to replace the poor quality bags. I reached out back in April and they are still unavailable. Support was not really helpful either because all they suggested was to click on the “notify me when available” It is now June. lol"
