"This arrived in a padded envelope with both plastic hinges snapped off. It was in a worse state than the one I was replacing that only had the one hinge broken. It is cheaply made out of poor quality, flimsy plastic. Shameful for a company that prizes itself for intelligent design. They have made cuts in materials and production and cannot recommend this brand less."

"ORDERED GREY BUT GOT BLACK. The caddy was expensive so disappointed the cover broke so easily. The replacement sent was the wrong colour and was also expensive for what it is"

"I have never seen a website so confusing. All I wanted was a filter to put into the bin. Got it completely wrong as when looking for the correct filter it just kept whizzing by. I actually received a filter cover with no filter attached. And whatever it is I have received does not fit anyway."
