Never received my JJ purchase. Very disappointed.
"I purchased a wash and drain plug and was informed by email that it was out for delivery and DX would inform me when it was on its way. A week later I had not received the item so I contacted JJ. I was informed by Amina that the item was not available. I have been given a JJ voucher for £15. 00 but I do not have the item and it is still out of stock. Why take my money in the first place when the item is not in stock."

"I was gutted to find out that did not do the pale blue bowl as this went with my kitchen. I've had this bowl for over 5 years and love it. However I needed a new one as it kept leaking. I was delighted to find that Joseph did replacement plugs. Win win, I can still use my old one I hadn't realised how bad my old plug was until I received the new one. Works a treat! The delivery was quick"
