"I'm disappointed that I had to purchase a replacement plug at such expense for my Joseph Joseph Wash&Drain because the original one was no longer retaining water. I believe this is a fault that many customers have highlighted. I would expect Joseph Joseph to stand by their products and replace the plug free of charge or at least, at a reduced price."

"Being able to purchase a new neutral coloured plug, saved me having to throw out my washing up bowl that matches my kitchen, whilst the current availablr colours would clash. The bowl I have is perfectly good and suits me but the original plug was leaking. Purchasing a new plug was obvioysly much cheaper than buying a new bowl and as I said there is no suitabke colour available at the moment."
